Folake Erogbogbo
Managing Partner
Folake is the Managing Partner and founder of Bamboo Law Practice, bringing nearly two decades of expertise in commercial and corporate law. She is a commercially minded lawyer with expertise in private equity transactions, banking and finance, energy law, corporate advisory, intellectual property, and technology.
Folake has represented clients at all levels of courts in Nigeria. As a chartered arbitrator, she has a passion for resolving complex commercial issues with precision. Her ability to simplify intricate matters and provide pragmatic solutions makes her an exceptional professional.
Before founding Bamboo Law Practice, Folake worked as in-house counsel for a publishing group, was a senior associate at a top-tier law firm in Lagos, and served as head of legal for the west region of a multinational construction firm in Nigeria.

Ronke is a Partner at Bamboo Law Practice with nearly two decades of experience in corporate law and the development sector. As an advocate, strategic thinker, and governance professional, she provides high-stakes legal advice to both public sector and private business entities. Her expertise includes mergers and acquisitions, investments, infrastructure projects, energy law, risk, and business transformation.
Ronke is passionate about supporting startups, SMEs, and MSMEs. She is renowned for delivering well-crafted solutions and simplifying complex issues. In addition, she has advised governments and multinational corporations on ESG compliance, climate change, and policy development, promoting corporate transparency and sustainability.
